CateringFounded by Nate and Christine Hereford, Chicken Scratch was born out of the desire to offer delicious, seasonal food that replicates home cooked family dinners.
Chicken Scratch is our elevated take on rotisserie chicken. Our chickens are seasoned with a rub that allow our chickens to be the star of the show. Our chickens then slowly cook in our Rotisol rotisserie oven, timed to be fresh, hot and dripping with flavor. All of our chickens will be served with a variety of house made sauces.

I had the chicken wrap with Mac salad and mash potatoes w gravy. This will be our new Chicken spot. My husband got the chicken sandwich with fries and the chicken breast with the bussels. Seasoned perfectly.

Tried the white meat rotisserie combo that comes with a side. I chose mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything is perfectly seasoned and delicious. How did they get so much herbaceous flavor into the meat? Usually you would have to eat the skin to taste the seasonings. Not so with their rotisserie. Absolutely delicious! I will be back. Fast, friendly service in a sunny storefront.
So glad we stopped in one day. Best chicken Sammy, chicken Caesar wrap was tasty, fried fish Sammy , the chicken salad Sammy was delicious as well. Ordered potatoes (awesome fried) and brussel sprouts..flash fried in a parm sauce. Friendly staff, excellent food good portion sizes and reasonable prices.... will be back again!
Was looking for a fast casual carry out option for me and my kids. The crispy chicken sandwich was delish- definitely an elevated flavor profile compared to most chicken sammies, and the chicken bowl with rice and veggies hit the spot and yielded leftovers so will enjoy again tomorrow. Will definitely return to try more items from the menu!
